Chamber announces use of new software “Chamber Master”
Kingwood, W.Va., - July 31, 2018 - On August 1, 2018 the Preston County Chamber of Commerce will begin using Chamber Master, a member-management software which is designed to manage all of the day-to-day operations of the Chamber. The member management system is a sophisticated database with an easy to use interface that will allow us to track and summarize all relevant data regarding our members. We will be able to manage our members activity, billing and contact information in one central location and this software will integrate with our existing website updating our online directory, event calendar and key pages. It will also allow us to generate accurate reports so that we can measure, explore and communicate our organizations performance.
The integrated invoicing process ensures no double entry and saves time. We can run batch invoices, statements and letters, eliminating manual processes. We can send invoices electronically, allowing members to view and pay online with credit or debit card.
The Chamber Master events module is designed to help us navigate every aspect of the event process-everything from inviting attendees to tracking registrations to creating invoices.
We will be able to promote our members with ease. Every member has their own listing. Members are encouraged to log in and update their information, which automatically updates the chamber’s database and online listings at the same time.
Management of database information is done through the Chamber Master Member Information Center, which is password protected and accessed through Member Login at the top right menu of our website. Once successfully logged in, members have access to many features, including:
· Updating business and personal profile information
· Adding categories to your business directory listing
· Advertising with Hot Deals and Member to Member Offers
· Posting current job openings
If your company is a Chamber member and you would like to participate in Chamber activities, please contact your company's primary Chamber representative to be added to the Chamber database and receive login credentials. If you have login credentials, but do not remember your password, enter your email address on the login page and follow the instructions for creating/changing your password.
