We'll talk about dealing with difficult situations\; unhappy people\; and resolving conflicts plus setting and managing expectations. \n\n\n\nNovember 1-Supervision. Learn how to set workplace standards\, encourage people to meet them\, and what to do when they don't. Good supervision enables the organization to get the most done with the most efficient use of resources.\n\n\n\nNovember 8-Meetings That Matter. Why do meetings matter? Meetings are important because they enable employees to come together and get collaborative work done.
